love-hate relationship with... math :P

a few months ago, while reading two books simultaneously, i saw pages from each of the two books talking about the same thing -- how the writer/ character abhors math. i just can't help but take note of them and hmmm.. enjoy?! :D

so these are some of their feelings about math, but what about the fans of math? how do they propagate their love for it?

the axn channel has one show entitled numb3rs (shown every monday, 9-10 pm). it's a crime investigation drama. there are fbi agents and one of them has a brother who's a mathematician and this cool math wiz helps them solve the cases.

undeniably, math is everywhere. even those who loathe it feel its presence. it's now up to anyone of us to befriend it, be amazed by it and use it or to show it indifference and just ignore it.
