AR5: Giant Duck in Victoria, Phils.

when the amazing race 5 reached the philippines, one task was to find the giant duck (statue) in victoria- whoa!?! a giant duck! and where? in a place called victoria. i don't even know where that is! in pateros?! where balut is famous? i asked around and some said it was somewhere in laguna.

i can't help but compare it to the other parts of the race and then laugh! for one instance, when the teams were in egypt, they explored the pyramids -- is there really a point of comparison? pyramids of egypt vs. the giant duck in victoria?

at the same time, i really wonder and feel a bit disappointed with the organizers of the race who chose that spot. well, i just have to wait until the next leg of the race, when they go to el nido, palawan. hope this would make up for the duck
