eagles struggling to soar high amidst storms

what an emotional game for ateneo blue eagles against adamson falcons! it started with a dry 1st quarter for the eagles, making the falcons take the lead with 20 points! it really seemed impossible to catch up. coach arespacochaga remained calm and cool, which helped motivate the team -- and the school's support? no doubt, everyone was behind the eagles, from the students to the administrators, to big time alumni... and the list can go on

at home, my mom and i started to watch and got disappointed at the eagles' many misses. we transferred to the living room because we thought it's luckier to watch there, since all the games we watched for this season was from that tv in the living room. we called on my niece to watch with us because my mom and i and her always watch together and the eagles won everytime we, three watched together -- talk about being superstitious, yup, we did it all!

and then the halftime.. the blue babble batallion performed at their best! you should've seen them! i was so amazed and inspired.

third quarter: perhaps, the change of court was good vibes ;) inch by inch, the eagles started to control the game, intal making all the good shots, team playing much better defense then the last quarter... finally, a tie!!! and then the much needed 3-point shot by tenorio by the last seconds of the game!! woohoo!!! the eagles won!!!!! fonacier's mother shed tears as the ateneo crowd cheered larry! larry! larry! -- truly they offered this game for you

Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam!
